1. Description of Service: TooGoodToStay is a curated marketplace platform that connects customers with property partners such as hotels. We do not own or operate the hotels; we facilitate the discovery and booking process.

2. Booking & Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By booking, customers agree to the specific house rules and policies of the partner hotel.
